HOW IT WORKS
To remain a viable business providing the needed service, I have summarized the 3 rules that MUST be adhered to.
1. Payment is due upon delivery or very soon afterwards unless other arrangements have been made.
2. The only way to avoid POS and fuel surcharge fees is to pay cash.
3. No cancellations. Once an order is placed, the delivery charge applies. If this fee is not paid, we will have no choice but to discontinue future service.
If the service has not been completed it will be cancelled, but the service fee will still apply.

DELIVERY CHARGES
CALCULATED AT $2.00/KM, WITH A MINIMUM DELIVERY PRICE OF $10.00
Prices are rounded to the nearest dollar e.g. 11.7 km (11.7 x $2.00) = $23.40 ($23.00 rounded)
A fuel surcharge of 3.00 for in-town runs and 5.00 for longer runs and multi pick-ups may apply.
An NSF fee will apply to all orders declined.
THERE IS NO FUEL SURCHARGE ON CASH ORDERS. PLEASE LET US KNOW YOU’RE PAYING CASH WHEN YOU CONTACT US.
