WHAT IS EXPRESS DELIVERY?
Express Delivery is an add-on service that allows you to have your order put in a priority position above all other orders. Your order will be delivered before all others. You will be given an approximate delivery window when using this service.
WHY CHOOSE EXPRESS DELIVERY?
North Durham Delivery does not guarantee delivery times. We guarantee same day delivery. Delivery times are dependent on call volumes, delivery locations, and weather conditions.
If you would like your order delivered before all others, Express Delivery may be for you. If you live in-town this usually means within the hour.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Express Delivery costs vary dependent on your location. It is calculated at the regular delivery rate plus 50%.
e.g.: Our minimum delivery charge is $10.00 (5.0 km and under) + $5.00 for Express Delivery = $15.00
Note: An additional fuel surcharge may be applied…please inquire when ordering
WHEN IS IT AVAILABLE?
Express Delivery is available on a first come basis. If someone else has placed an Express order, your order will be delivered next. You will be told an approximate delivery window and can choose whether you choose to utilize the service.
